We promise to give you the best possible start as you take your first steps in a rewarding new career. Our training programme is designed to give you everything you need to hit the ground running from day one.

Our training programme is held over two weeks, including both classroom based learning and hands-on experience in an operating store. During this time, you will receive a thorough grounding in:

How to deliver our expert service

Depending on your level of experience in the industry, we will train you in how to carry out our key services and operate the relevant machinery and equipment.

Business Management

We will take you through all aspects of running your new business, including financial management, VAT, recruiting and employing staff, and meeting all of your statutory requirements such as Health & Safety and insurance.

Operational Management

We will take you through all the day-to-day procedures and operations required for running your business, fulfilling your obligations as a franchisee, and what you can expect from us as a partner. You’ll also be trained in how to use, and benefit from, our bespoke IT systems.

Customer Service

As this is one of our key USPs, we will do everything we can to help you understand how we work with customers and present our service in a friendly and professional manner. You will also have the chance to shadow a team from one of our many successful stores so that you can develop a more practical understanding of how they work.
